Shipping and Deliveries:

The parcels are usually shipped within 1/3 days from receipt of payment and sent by National Express Courier (1/2 days) for small orders or with National Traditional Courier (1/5 days) for Volume and / or Weight orders consistent and always with electronic check of the shipment status. If you prefer a delivery with insurance will be applied an additional cost related to the value of the goods shipped, to activate this service you can select from the 'Supplementary Services' the product 'Insured Shipping' and follow the instructions. In almost all shipments we can provide promptly the traceability code to check online the path of your package.

NOTICE: It is our habit to report your telephone number on the courier's note it is not the courier's obligation to call you before the delivery, then. You will be noticed by mail of the day of delivery.

Shipping costs include packing and postage charges. Packaging costs are fixed, while transport costs vary depending on the weight and total volume of the shipment. We recommend that you group your items in one order. We can not group two separate orders executed separately, and to each of it will be applied shipping costs. Your package will be sent under your responsibility, but special attention is given to the packaging of fragile and delicate items.

The boxes are reasonable in size and in any case proportionate to the order and your items will always be well protected and packaged.
